Popular alternative beliefs on viruses and illness with the human body.

The below was put together by an anonymous person going under the name MAG768720 based on research he has done on alternative viral theory. There are a number of scientists that reject the "established" virus and vaccine theory, and say.. no viruses do not spread via air, and are actually part of your bodies natural process. Since this theory is common and based on observed science, the author of the below being anonymous is not important, what is important is to read and understand that there are opposing theories to the ones given to us by big pharma in an attempt to sell their snake oils. There are lots of videos of scientists arguing this theory, but this is a good technical write up that makes it easy to understand.

Putting this out for everyone to discuss, pick apart, whatever. The past 2 years has made me look down some rabbit holes that I never knew about before. Most of what we see in the world and in our own personal lives can be explained by way of understanding what is good health versus what is bad health. The medical industry, built on the concept of selling drugs to manage symptoms, never looks at what good health really is.

We all have questions about why some people have poor health experiences that others do not. I am trying to wrap my head around a theory about how it all works. Some of this is well-accpted in the scientific and medical industries, and other parts of it are more speculative and blasphemous to the those industries. I am trying to figure out what makes sense, not necessarily what is "accepted" by "authority" figures, who for the most part, don't really seem to know what they are talking about in many cases.

Human Cells

Humans are made up of trillions of cells. Cells are created and cells die off every day. New cells are created via cell division. Each new cell has a pre-determined useful life. Different cells in the body have different useful lives (brain cells, liver cells, and blood cells all have different life cycles).

Apoptosis

Each cell, from the time it is formed, has a built-in mechanism to die off when it is no longer operating efficiently. This process is known as apoptosis. Every cell has this bulit-in suicide instruction, so that it can die off and be replaced by a new, efficient cell, which keeps the body functioning well.

Necrosis

A cell can also become damaged due to environmental factors and poor lifestyle choices, before it reaches the end of its useful life. Skin cells get burnt from sun damage, liver cells and brain cells get damanged from alcohol consumption, lung cells get damaged from smoke inhalation, pollutants in the air can damage cells, etc. Cells can become damaged and die off due to the damage. This is called necrosis.

Autophagy

When cells die off, or if they become fragmented so that bits and pieces are floating around, all of this dead material is trash in the system. There has to be a mechanism to "take out the trash." This mechanism is autophagy. This is where the dead, trash material is sent to the liver to be processed. The liver can break it down and grab any amino acids, fatty acids, or other building blocks that can be recycled into useful material. The rest of it is excreted out the body through the mouth, nose, skin, and bowels.

Microbiome

The gut flora, or microbiome, is the part of the human body where trillions of microorganisms exist. We have 10 times more of these microorganisms than we have cells in our body. Here, bacteria and other things exist to keep us healthy.

The primary function of the bacteria (the "good bacteria") is to eat up the debris and clean out the system. One of these microorganisms can eat 50 times its weight in dead material each day.

Immune System

The human immune system is a complex system. The basic idea is that there are 3 primary components. First, there are the scouts. They look for problems. This could be harmful bacteria that somehow invaded the body, as an example. The scouts can only find things, they can't do anything about it.

The scouts call on the assassins to come in and kill the pathogens. These guys surround and kill the invaders, but then their work is done. That still leaves the dead remains of the pathogen.

Finally, the cleaners come in to remove the dead material that were killed by the assassins. This is part of the autophagy process.

Environment

The external environment around us is extremely imporant to our health. Humans will die in a matter of hours if completely naked outside in temperatures below about 50 degrees (F). We were born with no clothes on, but must immediately be protected from cold temperatures, and continue to be protected for the rest of our lives via clothing.

We breathe in toxins in our environment. Pollutants and chemicals harm our health. Evidence shows that microwaves, radiation, cellular signals, and similar things can also harm our health. These things can lead to cellular necrosis.

Nutrition

Nothing is more important when it comes to our health than the food we take from the external environment and put into our body to be digested.

The type of food we eat, the amount of food we eat, and (what is often ignored) the frequency and timing of when we eat all affect our health.

We all know that processed junk food is a bad type of food to eat, because it includes man-made chemicals that our bodies store as toxins. We also know that overeating leads to health problems, especially when our diet is high in carbohydrates. All carbs must be converted to glucose or glucose and fructose. Too much of either leads to poor health.

Trash Build-Up

Our cells are supposed to die off when they reach the end of their useful life (apoptosis). But what if they don't? They become trash. They become inefficient strugglers, trying to function properly but they can't. I suspect this is the beginning of cancer. These cells need to be cleaned out of the body, but are not cleaned out because there is too much "trash build-up."

This trash build-up also leads to other illnesses which we call "disease." Depending on where the build-up occurs (lungs, liver, etc.), we get certain illnesses, but they all are due to this build-up of trash that did not get cleansed from the body.

Why does this trash build up in our bodies and not get removed? It does get removed, to some extent, but not enough of it does. Too much of it lingers and causes illness.

When we "get sick" such has "catching a cold," our bodies are attempting a last-ditch effort to cleanse. We get a runny nose. Cleansing. We cough. Cleansing. We get a fever. Body warming up to kill something or break it down so that it can be excreted from the body. Cleansing. We get diarrhea. Cleansing.

If the build-up is minimal and the body is able to use its normal cleansing process of autophagy, then we don't "get sick." We don't feel bad. We might have an occasional day of feeling a bit tired, but we usually feel fine -- all the time.

But if our body's autophagy process is not resulting in a good cleanse of these built-up materials, then we get some sort of sickness, where our body kicks into the next gear to try and expel the material quickly.

At some point, if our cleansing process has been underperforming for many years due to poor lifestyle choices and environmental contaminants, and if the trash has accumulated over many years, we get a serious illness. An exmaple would be a smoker who builds up trash in the lungs for 20-30 years, and then gets a life-threatening illness.

The Cleansing Process

When our body can utilize its resources to concentrate on autophagy, then our body cleanses much more powerfully than when its autophagy process is more or less "shut off." I suspect that many people today have their autophagy effectively shut off most or all the time, due to their nutrition habits.

We have seen a dramatic decrease in health in the USA over the past 20, 30, and 50 years. We have also seen a dramatic change in dietary habits during that time.

Autophagy is an on/off thing. It can be swtiched on, or it can be switched off. And when it is switched on, it might be able to be strong or weak. The longer it is switched on, the stronger the cleansing seems to be -- up to a maximum level, most likely.

So, what turns on this cleansing process?

A molecule called AMPK is what turns the switch. When AMPK is at high levels, autophagy turns on, and the cleansing process begins. The longer it stays on, the stronger the cleanse -- until it reaches a maximum efficiency.

When AMPK is turned off, autophagy turns off, and the cleansing process stops, allowing for the build-up of the trash because it can't be taken out in the natural way.

If this condition lasts long enough, the body will show signs of illness and you "get sick" or your body suffers a serious illness.

What makes the AMPK levels high? mTOR level.

mTOR is a molecule that is either on or off. When it is on, it shuts off AMPK. When mTOR is off, it allows AMPK to turn on.

mTOR is the building process of the body -- building muscle, fat, hair, body cells, everything. When it is on, the body is in building mode. When it is off, then AMPK and autophagy turns on, which cleans out the body from all that building, as well as taking out the trash.

The two things that turn mTOR on are: eating and strenuous exercise. When we eat, we turn on mTOR, which allows our body to digest the food, break down the proteins, fats, and carbohydrates to build the body, and try to figure out what to do with the man-made chemicals.

When we go through a period of time not eating (fasting, intermittent fasting, ect.) and we don't do much strenuous exercise, then mTOR levels drop, AMPK levels rise, autophagy kicks in, and our bodies cleanse.

Covid 19

When someone "gets Covid," we never ask (and don't know, if it is someone other than ourselves or someone very close to us) what their eating habits are/were.

People who constantly eat all day, even if it is healthy food, will always have mTOR turned on, and will not allow their body the opportunity to cleanse. They will get some during sleep, assuming they don't get up in the middle of the night to eat or drink something. Around 8 hours per night of cleansing might be enough for many people to stay healthy. But probably not for everyone.

The body needs time to cleanse, and most Americans today don't allow that process to happen. They eat ALL THE TIME. That is the #1 cause of poor health and illness.

Viruses, Terrain Theory, Germ Theory

If Terrain Theory is true and Germ Theory is false, then all we need to do to stay healthy in most cases is to allow our bodies time to clean out the build-up of dead material and toxins.

One of the theories within the larger Terrain Theory is that viruses are not what we are told (told by Germ Theory advocates). The bacteria in our microbiome work on digestion when we eat. If we eat all the time, that's all they have a chance to do.

But during times of cleansing, those same bacteria eat up the dead tissues and trash build-up. Some people think that viruses are just some of this trash our bodies are creating, and not molecules floating around in the air at all. Other people theorize that some bacteria can actually turn into something else that is or resembles viruses, and become a form of cleanser that is more powerful than they are as bacteria. Still others say that the bacteria comes from within the dead material themselves (viruses being dead material, and the bacteria is inside them).

Either way, these theories are antithetical to Germ Theory, and would destroy modern medicine if proven true. For that reason alone, nobody gets money to study these ideas.

But these ideas make sense. They answer questions that "modern medicine" is incapable and inept at answering. "Modern medicine" doesn't even care to ask these questions, much less attempt to answer them.

Human Chromosome 8

It turns out that the genetic sequence that is being used to identify SARS-CoV-2 is identical to part of the genetic sequence in the human chromosome #8. Therefore, all humans have this genetic sequence within. The "test" is simply looking for something that already exists inside everyone.

Then, it is only a matter of picking an arbitrary cycle threshold for the PCR or an arbitrary flourscent color of light to use in the dye added to the sample of snot taken from the person being "tested."
